Day 13: Two Weeks In — The Results

Two weeks since I set up Jarvis. Here's the honest assessment.

Before vs. After

Consultation prep
Before: 30-60 minutes of Googling and note-making. Sometimes nothing.
After: 5 minutes. Better intel than before.

Document generation
Before: Hours in Word templates, usually at night after the kids are in bed.
After: Real-time during or immediately after calls.

Email triage
Before: First thing every morning, manually scanning everything.
After: Done before I wake up. Only see what matters.

Lead research
Before: Basic Google search, maybe check the address on Zillow.
After: Comprehensive dossier ready before the callback.

Content creation
Before: Stare at blank screen. Write something mediocre. Publish anyway.
After: Framework + first draft from AI. I refine and add my voice.

The Numbers

• Cost: ~$200 in API fees for two weeks. Less than one hour of my billing rate.
• Time saved: Conservatively 15-20 hours per week of admin work.
• Revenue impact: Too early to measure, but the consultation quality improvement alone should close more jobs.

The Real Talk

This isn't about replacing people. I still have my crew. I still shake hands and walk job sites and make judgment calls that require a decade of experience.
