One AI is powerful. A team of AIs, each specialized, is a back office.
Today I started building out the roster:
- Marketing agent — handles Transform NC brand, campaigns, lead gen strategy
- Sales agent — manages the job inquiry pipeline, lead follow-up, proposals
- Content producer — writes, edits, repurposes content across platforms
- Community manager — manages Skool communities, member engagement, onboarding
Set up a Discord server as their "headquarters." Each agent gets their own channel and role documentation — just like onboarding a real employee.
Why Specialize?
Same reason you wouldn't have your plumber do your electrical. When an AI has a narrow focus and deep context about that specific role, it performs dramatically better than a generalist trying to do everything.
Jarvis stays as my Chief of Staff — the quarterback. The specialized agents handle their lanes. Jarvis delegates and coordinates.
What This Looks Like in Practice
A lead comes in. The sales agent researches them and preps a brief. Jarvis reviews it and flags anything important. I make the call. After the call, the sales agent updates the pipeline and triggers follow-up sequences.
Meanwhile, the marketing agent is scheduling this week's social posts, and the content producer is turning last week's podcast into clips.
All running. All coordinated. While I'm on a job site swinging a hammer.
